Last night I asked if there was any interest in having Theresa and I put on our Spoke indoor cycling sessions? I thought I'd let you all think about it for a week then we'd make a decision. Well, the decision was made for us by the incredible response we had from you!
Starting Mon Nov 3rd at 6:30, the Parliament Community Church Gym will once again be rocking to the latest hits, the loudest laughs and the scariest groans as Theresa puts us all through her special training regime!
The classes are women only and are designed to help build your strength and stamina through smart progressive training. We concentrate on good pedalling technique, posture and breathing. Whether you are a beginner or veteran you WILL benefit from this class. All you need is your bike, a trainer and a towel. A heart rate monitor is helpful but not necessary.
If you do not have a trainer we will rent you one, our supply is very limited ( 5, I think) so if you want one you need to register asap because it's first come, first served. The cool thing is that you get to take it home with you to train during the week! We think that you'll enjoy yourself so much that eventually you'll want to buy your own anyway
This will be our third year working with the Spoke riders, and we're looking forward to seeing just how strong you can be!
