Theresa and I have had a great break over Christmas. All the more time to think about our Winter training sessions! As I write this it's -33 outside with an "Extreme cold warning". Really, and we live here?
We were going to start our training on Mon Jan 5th, ( as in, tomorrow) but we've decided to give Mother Nature a week to get her act together.
We are thrilled to be back at Parliament Community Church next Mon, Jan 12that 6:30 for three months of great indoor riding, fabulous music and questionable humour. If you ride once with us and twice at home then you will be in great shape when we hit the road in May.
Theresa has put together a great program that will help you ride stronger and smoother. Using an indoor trainer and your bike you'll start off with a ten minute warm up then an hour of high intensity riding. There is no doubt that this will be your hard workout for the week but when you ride with friends it is so much easier! This class is structured for all abilities, Group One or Group Ten riders will all benefit from these sessions. Even if you are an absolute beginner and have never used or own a trainer you are welcome to join, we have rental trainers available, all you need is the bike!
We understand that some of you may be nervous about coming out so we have a simple solution... if you Register, come out and don't like what we do then we will refund your Registration!
We guarantee that you will have a good time,work hard, become a better cyclist, laugh frequently or your money back!!
