which, according to Theresa, I will probably make a complete hash of! But the analogy is sound...see, riding your bike well is not just a case of going out for a couple of hours once a week in summer. The Monday Spoke n'Hot ride is the icing on the cake and right now we have to start mixing the ingredients before we pop it in the oven!

Starting Nov 3rd we will be starting the process that will make you a better rider next year. The Indoor training program that Theresa has put together is applicable to anyone, is progressive and is fun ( in a slightly warped way). Ride with us once a week, then train at home twice more and you will be amazed at how strong you will be. You can Register here
Nervous about coming out? Not sure if it's right for you? Fair enough, so how about coming out to try it free! I'll even lend you a trainer, if I have to I'll even find you a bike!! Really, :)
You do not need to be an existing Spoke n'Hot rider, so if you have a friend that's "thinking about it" then this is the ideal opportunity. We can help you set up, and even give you a place at the back so you can just check it out! All I ask is that you let me know so I can make sure I have a trainer for you.
